1. WEAR SUITABLE FOOTWEAR that is easy to slip off and on, and BRING A BAG to carry your footwear while inside each house. BARE FEET ARE NOT PERMITTED, so wear socks. Most guests bring indoor footwear to slip on.

2. STAIRS: Several locations will have stairs, so be prepared for a climb up and down.

3. LINE UPS are likely to occur at some locations, so wear comfortable footwear, keep yourself hydrated, and bring an umbrella if it calls for rain.

4. PLEASE BE SAFE: Visitor safety is important. Please be advised that properties, in addition to having many stairs, may have other inside and outside obstacles (such as patios, uneven surfaces, etc.). These may pose challenges or hazards, especially for individuals with mobility or health issues. Guests assume all risks associated with the tour and are advised to assess their own capability to safely navigate the properties. By participating, you agree to release property owners, organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability resulting from personal injury, property damage, or any other incident occurring during the tour.
