“It’s basically a brand new house inside an old building,” says homeowner Dave Henderson.

Originally a carpet factory, 39 Mill Street North is the middle of three townhouses in this row. At 3-1/2 stories tall, the house is deceptively spacious.

Watch for Dave’s collection of neon lights and other memorabilia from his time as the owner of the Carlyle Hotel on John Street. You may also recognize the palm trees that were central in the Carlyle’s decor.
